An Eventful Month: Two Weekends After Labor Day Weekend Report

Of a deceased monarch and the ongoing insults from our media that I need to quit paying any attention to whatsoever.

I don’t remember the precise date and can’t be fussed to look, but I do remember Queen Elizabeth II’s death being reported on 4chan/pol/ just after Labor Day before it was confirmed by the mainstream media. It’s funny how the media is covering this. The only headlines I see are crowing about how long the line is to view her corpse. (It’s long.) I’ve yet to see one retrospective on how Great Britain has changed over decades throughout Elizabeth II’s reign. Not that I’m surprised, but it is…bemusing.

I saw some snarking on 4chan about how Elizabeth came to the throne when there was still such a thing as an Englishman, and how she stood by silently as Third World peasants poured into the streets of London and seeped into the countryside over the decades since World War II. In recent years the long-serving Pakistani mayor of London declared terrorism “part and parcel of life in the big city,” and it’s long been taken for granted that working class English girls are routinely raped and groomed for prostitution by Muslim gangs. Under Queen Elizabeth II’s reign, England faded into distant memory, not even mentioned by name as a country since well before the turn of the century, but all these complaints were evident only on that first day. 4chan/pol/ hasn’t even bothered talking about it after that.

The President Trump General (ptg) and Comfy Happening in Ukraine Group (chug) threads pop up multiple times daily, but as for the Queen of a once mighty and far-reaching empire, it’s as if she was never there to begin with. Of course, it’s a given that England, Great Britain, the UK, whatever we’re calling it, along with all of Europe, is finished. It’s a given because it is. The great cities of Christendom are overrun. Queen Elizabeth II watched this deliberately engineered decline of the West from her throne and did not so much as utter one word against it. Now her son Charles is king, but he couldn’t be taken seriously after his disastrous marriage to Diana Spencer and affair with the dowdy…I forget her name. Carmilla? Camilla? It’s not important, because the British royalty is diminished to the point they hardly matter as a ceremonial institution.

In other news, the trailer and publicity for Disney’s appalling Little Demon streaming series disappeared quickly after my last post. The show is still set to debut on Hulu on the 21st of the month (it’s been on FXX since August), but you have to use a search engine to see it still exists. There’s a Snopes page admitting, yes, this series is about the Antichrist and the Devil and so on, but it’s on Hulu (owned by Disney, but not the actual Disney+ channel—there’s a difference!) and it’s an animated series made for adults. The Wikipedia page makes a point of this latter item as well. That it’s an animated feature with a middle school girl as the titular protagonist, along with some cute, quirky demons and monsters, won’t pique the interest of middle school children at all.

The manager of the biggest thrift store in town was talking about discontinuing all Disney items—even the famously wholesome, pre-woke days Disney—by way of protest. She couldn’t have been the only one, and I wonder if that had something to do with the silencing of the promotion. Again, I hadn’t heard or read one word about it other than that one manager. Normally, you’d see some gloating and smirking about Those Stupid, Bigoted, Easily Inflamed Christians (unlike those cool-headed Muslims, am I right?), but the powers that be put a tight lid on everything about the series. Like the hateful, profane and insulting Santa, Inc. movie in 2021, it’s as it never happened. Although it is happening, and will be happening for as long as the showrunners can get away with it.

Note the sneering tone in the Snopes article, even as it omits a critical piece of information, namely, that Internet streaming is a thing and that edgy school-age children whose parents already have a Hulu or Disney+ account can watch this whenever they want. Hey, but at least the silly angry man with the opinion did not “spread misinformation,” so there’s that:

Meanwhile, a lot of attention is being expended to the sick joke that is Amazon Prime’s The Rings of Power, featuring African elves and “harfoots” (proto-hobbits) in a distinctly English Catholic legend. The usual sad fools are trying to extricate themselves from the “racist!” label by pointing out how inconsistent the series is with author J.R.R. Tolkien’s lore and how so many aspects of the story don’t make any sense, to no avail. “Middle Earth is multicultural!” the apologists declare, meaning nothing is truly multicultural until we have representatives from the Dark Continent in our English/northern European lore.

Also, girls rule, boys drool, and if you can’t accept this you hate women and will never have sex. The puerile, middle-school attitude behind every intentional depredation of intellectual property is perhaps the most dismaying. It’s as if adults have gone extinct, and everything is run by the kind of middle school girls who get their kicks bullying children outside their social circles. These messages are all the same in any media property, bleeding whatever genre you have into the same checklist of ideas to be promoted, from interracial and homosexual relationships to the constant denigration of white men of normal sexuality, the demonization of Christianity, etc.

It’s not worth watching and what morbid entertainment I draw from reading about it is losing its flavor with every new offense. Writing this, I realize how much I need to disconnect from the media. I haven’t sat down to watch a movie since Joker in 2020 and I’ll never have time for TV unless it’s an old classic series or movie on disc. Even then, knowing what I know, I’ll see the seeds of today’s secular religion in television programs and movies going all the way back to the 1960s, and be reminded that our current debased age was indeed foreordained and inevitable. Which is why I haven’t sat down to watch a movie since Joker in 2020….

Recently, I’ve been driven not only to delete my Gab account, I’ve had to delete the links and quit lurking altogether. I love Gab and the idea of Gab and I believe founder and CEO Andrew Torba is a good Christian with the best of intentions. However, my nerves can only stand so much news of the latest murder of white children by blacks or “migrants” and how what’s left of our culture is becoming even more debased by a certain micro-minority ethnographic who happens to own and run the media, among other institutions, i.e., everything else. If I’m still reading 4chan/pol/ it’s because that’s where the most reliable news is, but I may have to quit that, too.

It’s a pathologically evil and terminally ill world. With respect to Mr. Torba of Gab, Christian Nationalism is a non-starter. Do keep working on that parallel economy, but as for a nation, it will be solely among the Christians working underground in that parallel economy in enemy country. As Christians, it’s important to fully apprehend that the entire world is enemy country. It’s not turning around until Jesus Himself comes back to claim what’s His. That’s all. Meanwhile, we have to look around and see who’s in the market for being saved from all this awfulness, this proto-Hell we’re living in now.

If I don’t post every day, it’s because I’ve neither the energy nor the stomach to write Look What Those Horrible People Are Doing Now clickbait. I’d love to write about other things, but my addiction to reading this stuff is another chain I must beg the Holy Spirit to strike from me.
